TETS Health & Safety Guidelines

We are looking forward to collaborating with the Turbine Engine Community in Dayton, Ohio, September 15-17, 2021. ARCTOS continues to monitor developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) as the health and safety of our government and military partners, registrants, exhibitors, and staff are our highest priorities. As the Symposium draws closer and current guidance is received all information for our participants will be posted and updated regularly on this page.

We continue to plan for an informative conference, exhibition and workshop learning experience. The City of Dayton and Dayton Convention Center are prepared to follow any public health guidance and recommendations issued by the CDC and State of Ohio.

Currently, the Dayton Convention Center has started these additional actions:

  • Increased routine cleaning of common touch points throughout the venue (door handles, elevator buttons, countertops, etc.) using virucidal cleaning agent.
  • Strategically placed hand sanitizer stations through the facility for guests and employee use
  • Employ social distancing as recommended.

We will disinfect counters continuously throughout the day and add hand sanitizer stations at registration, in meeting rooms, exhibit areas, etc.

Topics we will be focusing on for the Symposium:

  • Social Distancing
  • Face Mask Requirements
  • First Aid
  • Enhanced Cleaning
  • Planning Your Time
  • Registration
  • Exhibit Hall
  • Food & Beverage

More detailed information will be coming soon.
